• Aerial reception control
• Passing: insides
• Receiving: bottom of foot, insides, outsides (left-right)
• Ball Striking/Shooting: insides, laces (right-left)
• 1v1 Skill Development (selling the fake)
• Running with the ball, dribbling, turning
• Single moves
• Ball Mastery: all surfaces

Tactical:

• 1v1: change of pace, change of direction

Principles of Play:

• 1v1 up to 3v3 small sided games
• Width, improvisation

Physical:

• A,B,C’s (Agility, Balance, Coordination)
